The Cruisin' Tigers GTO Club meets the 3rd Saturday of every month (except December & January) at 4:00 pm sharp at the below location. Members are encouraged to attend and interested visitors are always welcome!

Location is North of the Northwest Toll Road (I-90) on Elmhurst Road just North of Algonquin Road (Route 62) on the West side of Elmhurst Road. Nice weather? Expect to see GTO's in the parking lot!

August Meeting Recap: We covered a few items missed earlier from the GTO and POCI Nationals then turned our attention to our Annual Indian Uprising All Pontiac Weekend. Having 401 Pontiacs attend this year is a very significant milestone. Our Show Chairman, Rick Last, received a rousing round of applause even though he was not at this meeting and our entire Show Planning Committee was thanked for their efforts. Ken Smith went on record as recognizing the work of Charles Singer who we learned had to deal with a failing computer during the height of voter tabulation! Jane Lucas is shown assisting. Several offered suggestions for future shows. Examples include: Roger Zeivel who reported being told by several attendees that they think we should expand the use show classes. Kermit Lambert suggested that, in the future, we collect post-show pro and con comments through our WEB site or via email. Dick Williams thought our local advertising efforts need to be dramatically expanded next year. Our show committee meets in review of our 2010 show just prior to our September club meeting. At the September meeting, before 50/50 sales, the jackpot will stand at $817.00. In all probability it will exceed $900.00 at the time of the end of our September meeting drawing.

You Can't Win If You Don't Attend!
At our monthly club meetings, the name of 1 member will be drawn. This member will win the money in a fund we have established for this purpose, if they are at that meeting. If they are not at the meeting, their name is returned to the drawing box and the fund rolls over.
Each fund cycle begins at $50 which is placed in the fund from the club treasury. At each meeting, the amount of money in the fund is increased by the sale of 50/50 drawing tickets. The fund continues to increase in value until it is won. The cycle then begins again.
