We are also grateful to Rick Bogoff & Nick Spenseri who literally made our participation possible; they managed it and they did an excellent job! Ken Smith spent a good part of Friday helping set up our winning club display and nearly the entire weekend operating the audio / visual aspects of our display.

Naturally, we favor GTO's and Pontiacs in our coverage. Don't get the mistaken impression

that this show was lacking other models. There were something approaching 500 vehicles

displayed. It was simply a great show.

Mecum Auto Auction:

We attend the 2009 version at Pheasant Run in St. Charles on Saturday, October 3rd. As usual, there was a huge variety of vehicles to look at, and bid on if so inclined. In our case we were silent observers. Below are the pictures I took with little comment.
