Jim Wangers: A brief note of thanks, ... for making me and my team feel so welcome at the recent Indian Uprising in Geneva. Everyone went out of their way to extend themselves to me which always makes the whole thing worth while. The event looked liked it was a great success! Thank your club for a wonderful experience. Yesterday was my first visit to your 1st class event. An incredible turn out including lots of great cars given the conditions surrounding the show. Since my first car was a 67 GTO purchased in 1969 it was a lifetime type accomplishment receiving the Jim Wangers Top Pick trophy from Jim himself. Thanks to Cruising Tigers for creating an environment where such an award was possible.
I live 2.5 hours away from your area but have an inclination to join your club. Your members seem very friendly and pursue the hobby with great enthusiasm. I would probably only show up a time or two a year so I would not be a regular. I am a member of GTOAA at least. If I do join, would I be precluded from entering the club show next year? (answer is sure!)
By the way, it rained hard on the way home and got the car filthy again.

Steve Satterhwaite: You guys put on an awesome show. This was my first year at your Annual Indian Uprising and I WILL BE BACK! You have to be very proud of your organization to put together such a great event and beautiful grounds to have it at. Thanks for a great day, well worth the 135 mile trip one way and cleaning the car again at the grounds because of the rainy weather! Super. Even got a “outstanding entry” plaque………. John Heimbrock: Sorry guys - I did not make it to the show. I was soooo looking forward to it .The weather scared me off. I prepaid with an added contribution (which we promise to put to good charity use). Hopefully next year I’ll be there! THANKS John Heimbrock Union Ky.

Thank you for another outstanding show. I was pre-entered
this year and had a brake booster go out in the car about a week before the
show. Since that is not an easy quick fix, I decided to load it up on the
trailer (which I never do) and trailer it there so I could be with all the
other outstanding Pontiacs. Was well worth the trip since I went from
outstanding entry plaque to a 1st place this year. Glad I wiped off all the
road grime since I only have an open trailer.
I will be back next year no doubt. It is fun to be at an
all pontiac show!!
