Arnie Beswick Returns!

Early - 2005: Cruisin' Tiger member, and friend, Arnie Beswick is on his way to back to where he will once again thrill his thousands of loyal fans in the 1/4 mile. Arnie had hoped to be back on the track by mid-June,  that did not happen. He was then shooting for  mid-August. That did not happen either. He has been too busy hauling his new Tameless Tiger II to track and show obligations so finish the drive train work.

Our accident recovery fund raised over $10,000 (view donation ceremony). From our Club treasury we purchased a new fire suit for Arnie and, if that were not enough, one of our members who owned a restoration shop at the time agreed to paint Arnie's new Tameless Tiger, free of charge. That restoration process is outlined in pictorial detail below.

Now it's off for some sheet metal work and then to Holmes Automotive in Oswego, IL for the final engine and drive train work.
