This is the forth year we have offered a show commemorative State of Illinois Vehicle License Plate. Again this year, only 100 sets are being offered and they typically sell out fast. A minimum donation of $40.00 is suggested, an even larger donation would be appreciated (learn about our charity efforts).

The only way to order a set of these collectable plates is by printing the license plate order form, (an Adobe .PDF form, wait for it to fully load) filling in all of the required information and mailing it to the address provided with your check.  SOLD OUT!

Once In A Lifetime Plate:  SOLD!

Yes, this is a real State of Illinois Vehicle License Plate! Someone is going to be able to display a once in a lifetime license plate on their GTO and it could be you - if yours is the winning bid.

NOTE: The winning bidder must be an Illinois resident able to provide a copy of the vehicle registration card, current license plate number, make, model and year of the vehicle they intend to mount this plate on. In addition, their full name, street address, city, state and zip code are required.
